I too found the batter a little runny until I added the frozen berries which made a huge difference. Awesome, will make them again and again.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3165395463367866158.post-60577683802146124332014-02-15T10:54:36.249-08:002014-02-15T10:54:36.249-08:00Really great recipe, doubles very well and works o...Really great recipe, doubles very well and works out every time!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3165395463367866158.post-84896479591861897292013-05-10T09:31:08.054-07:002013-05-10T09:31:08.054-07:00These muffins are fabulous! I added more fruit, no salt and even used the half brown sugar half splenda (which you use half of the brown sugar called for in the recipe- so in reality it cuts the sugar down to a quarter of the amount listed in the recipe!) These are a family favorite and because I can make something so yummy and so healthy, I will keep on making these and let them keep on eating them!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3165395463367866158.post-74210928745711499782012-09-08T09:03:44.999-07:002012-09-08T09:03:44.999-07:00Well, I wouldn't recommend this recipe. I'm an excellent baker, so it's nothing that I did wrong, I followed the recipe to the tee. I should have know this would fail by the consistency of the batter. Too runny. A complete failure.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3165395463367866158.post-62872249274013697262012-09-08T08:23:25.225-07:002012-09-08T08:23:25.225-07:00Extremely runny batter.
